Access Areas definition

Access Areas means areas which are cleared to allow equipment to reach existing electrical structures or the proposed location of electrical structures;
Access Areas as used in this Agreement shall mean the following portions of the Fertilizer Parcel and the Refinery Parcel, respectively, as the same may be located from time to time: (1) All vehicular roadways, driveways and pathways on the Parcels, however surfaced, and all interior vehicular roadways across parking lot areas (except those portions thereof which may from time to time constitute a duly dedicated public roadway); and (2) All sidewalks, walkways and other pathways providing pedestrian access to and across the Parcels.
Access Areas is defined in Section 2.1(A).

More Definitions of Access Areas

Access Areas has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(A) of this Exhibit A.
Access Areas means the access roads and areas located on the Lease Rights Site I, as more specifically shown on Exhibit B. “Additional Warehouses” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 18.1.
Access Areas means any corridors, lobbies, landings, staircases and lifts within or outside the Premises which are intended to be used in common by the Tenant and any undertenant.
Access Areas means any immediate entry or egress (including roads and driveways) and rail lines used or traveled by carriers of raw materials, manufactured products, waste materials, or by-products used or created by the facility.
Access Areas means the access roads and areas located on the Lease Rights Site I, as more specifically shown on Exhibit B. “Additional Warehouses” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 18.1. “Affiliate” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the BTA. “Amended Section 6.5 of the BTA” shall mean Section 6.5 of the BTA as amended by an First Amendment to Business Transfer Agreement made and entered into on October 6, 2004 by and between Lessor and Lessee.
Access Areas means such stairwells and access passageways in the Building as Landlord may reasonably approve in writing.
