Concurrently with the delivery of each Residual Receipts payment due pursuant to this Note, Developer shall deliver to Authority the Residual Receipts Report for the corresponding fiscal year, which shall be a part of the Annual Financial Statement, in the form provided by Executive Director, which Residual Receipts Report shall provide the basis for Developer’s payment of Residual Receipts to Authority.
