Residual Receipts Report definition

Residual Receipts Report means the report in substantially the form attached hereto as Attachment No. 18 and incorporated herein, which shall be completed by Developer and submitted to Authority annually for Phase II in accordance with Section 5.2.1. Residual Receipts shall be calculated using cash basis accounting. It is understood the Residual Receipts Report is subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The summary of the items in the Residual Receipts Report is not intended to supersede or modify the more complete description in this Agreement; in the event of any inconsistency between the Residual Receipts Report and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
Residual Receipts Report means the report in substantially the form attached to the Original Agreement as Attachment No. 4, which shall be completed by Tenant and submitted to Landlord annually in accordance with Section 201.3 of the Original Agreement. It is understood the Residual Receipts Report is subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Affordable Housing Agreement. The summary of the items in the Residual Receipts Report is not intended to supersede or modify the more complete description in the Affordable Housing Agreement; in the event of any inconsistency between the Residual Receipts Report and the Affordable Housing Agreement, the Affordable Housing Agreement shall govern.
Residual Receipts Report means the report to be submitted annually by Phase A Developer to Authority in substantially the form set forth as Attachment No. 4 to the Original Agreement.

  • Servicer Report A report (substantially in the form of Schedule 5 hereto) or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Master Servicer and Securities Administrator on an electronic data file or tape prepared by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement, with such additions, deletions and modifications as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Servicer.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).
