Residue Gas Delivery Point definition

Residue Gas Delivery Point means a Delivery Point that is marked as “Residue Gas” in the “Residue Gas / NGLs” column on Exhibit I.
Residue Gas Delivery Point means a Delivery Point that is marked as “Residue Gas” in the “Residue Gas / NGLs” column on Exhibit I. “Return on Capital” means ** percent (**%), as such return level may be modified by Provider pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.1(f). “Secondary Term” has the meaning given such term in Section 2.2.
Residue Gas Delivery Point means the point of interconnection between the Plant’s facilities and the Residue Gas Transporter’s facilities.

  • SCM and Customer shall inform each other of any discovered unanticipated changes in deliveries at a Receipt Point or Residue Gas Delivery Point.

  • Oxy shall ensure that the measurement equipment at the Century Plant Receipt Point, the Century Plant CO2 Delivery Point, the Century Plant Residue Gas Delivery Point, and the Century Plant Products Delivery Point is accurate and in repair, and that such periodic tests of such equipment as Oxy may deem necessary are made as often as needed, but in no case shall the calibration interval exceed 31 days.

  • SCM may provide notice to Customer requiring Customer to adjust Customer’s nominations if Customer’s Residue Gas delivery nominations at the Residue Gas Delivery Point exceed or are less than the quantity of Customer’s Residue Gas available at the Residue Gas Delivery Points; provided, however, that SCM shall provide Customer reasonable flexibility in adjusting its nominations if such flexibility exists under SCM’s operational balancing agreement (“OBA”) with the applicable downstream pipeline.

  • Oxy shall also cause the measuring station for custody transfer of inlet Gas at the Century Plant Receipt Point, for custody transfer of Century Plant Products at the Century Plant Products Delivery Point, and for custody and transfer of Residue Gas at the Century Plant Residue Gas Delivery Point to be operated and maintained in accurate working order.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of the Gas remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Plant fuel require­ments, and Plant losses or uses.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • NGLs means natural gas liquids.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Produced water means water extracted from the earth from an oil or natural gas production well, or that is separated from oil or natural gas after extraction.
