Resiliency Restoration Service Credit definition

Resiliency Restoration Service Credit means the Service Credit available for a failure to meet the Resiliency Restoration Service Level.
Resiliency Restoration Service Credit means one per cent of the total monthly Recurring Charges for the Resilient Service up to a maximum amount equal to 100 per cent of the monthly Recurring Charges. “Resiliency Restoration Service Level” has the meaning given in Paragraph 19.1.
Resiliency Restoration Service Credit means the Serv ice Credit av ailable for a failure to meet the Resiliency Restoration Serv ice Lev el.

Examples of Resiliency Restoration Service Credit in a sentence

  • If the affected Resilient Components are not restored within 24 hours, you may request a Resiliency Restoration Service Credit for each commenced hour in excess of the Resiliency Restoration Service Level of 1 per cent of the total monthly Recurring Charges for the Resilient Service, up to a maximum of 100% of the total monthly Recurring Charges for the Resilient Service.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or “LFIP”) shall mean the interconnection procedures applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that are included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) shall mean this Agreement, the form of interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility, that is included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Extended services means ongoing support services provided to individuals with the most significant disabilities, including youth with the most significant disabilities, after the time-limited vocational rehabilitation services have been completed and job stabilization has been achieved. They consist of specific services, including natural supports, needed to maintain the supported employment placement. Extended services are paid from funding sources other than DRS and are specifically identified in the IPE, except that DRS may provide and pay for extended services for youth with the most significant disabilities for a period not to exceed 4 years or extend beyond the date when the youth reaches age 25.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.   • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
