Resource agency definition

Resource agency means any governmental agency, ministry or department having jurisdiction over a resource which may be affected by any activity or operation, including but not restricted to activities or operations, engaged in or carried out under or associated with this Licence or a road permit;

Resource agency or “Resource Agencies” means any governmental agency or agencies, including, without limitation, a Lead Agency, with discretionary approval authority over all or any portion of the SR 241 Extension Project insofar as that project will or may adversely affect any natural or cultural resources.
