The Sr. Credit Analyst will prepare the credit package and route to the Credit Manager. At the same time the analyst emails their recommendation to the RM and BM. The RM has the ability to recommend revising or terminating the request. The Sr. Credit Analyst may also order a criminal background check at this time with the appropriate authorization.
The Sr. Web Software Developer job title currently exists in the labor agreement between the Parties covering all departments except the newsroom. It is agreed that any future hires in the Sr. Web Software Developer position, even if the person works in the newsroom, will be covered by the collective bargaining agreement between the Parties that covers all other departments, excluding the newsroom. Job Description: See Attachment A for the Sr. Web Software Developer job description. Wages: Position is salaried with minimum annual wage of $70,000. Xxx Xxxxxx will be placed at $71,000 July 5, 2010. Annual increases are based on performance, and the annual percentage increase will not be less than the negotiated increase for the hourly positions. Employees have the right to bargain for individual pay increases on their own behalf. For salaried employees, pay above established minimums shall be treated as increased salary, not merit pay. Hours The covered position of Sr. Web Software Develop is an FLSA-exempt salaried position. Salaried employees shall work the hours needed to complete assigned work at such times that the work needs to be performed, and shall not be held to a set work-day or work-week. The Parties recognize that at times the nature of the work requires long, irregular hours including weekend and evening work. The Employer will not act unreasonably in the assignment of work or the scheduling of employees. When periods of extraordinary workload are completed, an employee may request and the Employer may grant additional day(s) off with pay, not to be unreasonably denied. In the event that an employee works late in the night, such employee will be permitted to arrive at work later the next day within reason. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for covering scheduled day shift vacancies unless covering vacancies due to employee absence, vacation or other items where there is a need for additional manpower.
The Sr. Vice President shall receive from the Corporation an annual salary of Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($290,000 CND) (the "Base Salary"), beginning upon the Commencement Date. This Base Salary aims at compensating the Sr. Vice President for the performance of any and all duties and responsibilities related to the Position. Upon commencement of the first full calendar year following the Sr. Vice President's employment and subject to review by the Compensation Committee of the Board on a yearly basis thereafter, such Base Salary, as in effect from time to time, may be increased but not reduced. The Base Salary shall be paid to the Sr. Vice President in 26 equal consecutive bi-weekly installments or in such other manner as may from time to time be agreed between the Corporation and the Sr. Vice President and pursuant to the Corporation's regular payroll practices.
The Sr. Vice President acknowledges that, in the course of his employment with the Corporation, he will have access to and be entrusted with confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets of or relating to the Corporation, which information is not part of the public domain, and which the Corporation has a legitimate interest in protecting. Such information and trade secrets include, but are not be limited to the following:
The Sr. Vice President covenants and agrees that, during his employment with the Corporation, and at all times subsequent to the termination of his said employment, for whatever reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, he shall not, directly or indirectly, in any manner or for any purpose whatsoever, except for the business purposes of the Corporation and as may be reasonably required in the normal and loyal performance of his employment duties hereunder or unless and to the extent he is specifically required to do so by Court order, use, copy or reproduce or allow to be used, copied or reproduced any Confidential Information or disclose, transmit, transfer or communicate or allow to be disclosed, transmitted, transferred or communicated any Confidential Information to any person, firm, business, corporation, partnership, joint venture, syndicate, association, governmental organization or authority, or any other type of entity or group, endowed or not with juridical personality.
The Sr. Vice President acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information, and all materials, documents, files and records relating thereto, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Corporation.
The Sr. Vice President covenants and agrees that, upon the request of the Corporation and, in any event, upon the termination of his employment with the Corporation, for whatever reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, he will return to the Corporation immediately, without making or keeping any copies or reproductions thereof, in whatever form, all Confidential Information, however captured, stored or recorded, as well as all materials, documents, files, records, diskettes, notebooks, and other property of the Corporation which are in his possession, or under his custody or control.
The Sr. Vice President shall take all reasonably requested actions and execute all requested documents (including any licenses or assignments required by a government contract) at the Corporation's expense (but without further remuneration) to assist the Corporation in validating, maintaining, protecting, enforcing, perfecting, recording, patenting or registering any of the Corporation's rights in the Corporation Works. If the Corporation is unable for any other reason to secure the Sr. Vice President's signature on any document for this purpose, then the Sr. Vice President hereby irrevocably designates and appoints the Corporation and its duly authorized officers and agents as the Sr. Vice President's agent and attorney in fact, to act for and in the Sr. Vice President's behalf and stead to execute any documents and to do all other lawfully permitted acts in connection with the foregoing.
The Sr. Vice President declares having had received a French version of this Agreement, having elected to be bound by this English version of this Agreement and agrees that all correspondence and all documentation in respect thereof relating to this Agreement be written in the English language.
