Additional Resource Charges definition

Additional Resource Charges has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule C (Charges and Invoicing);
Additional Resource Charges or "ARCs" shall mean the incremental charges payable by BPA, in addition to the Base Charge for resource usage that exceeds the Resource Volumes.
Additional Resource Charges or “ARC(s)” means, for any Billable Resource Unit, the incremental charge payable by Kraft to Supplier based on the amount by which the Actual Volume of such Billable Resource Unit exceeds the Resource Baseline for such Billable Resource Unit.

More Definitions of Additional Resource Charges

Additional Resource Charges or “ARC” shall mean the incremental adjustment for each RU where Gap’s actual monthly utilization was higher than the applicable Monthly Baseline for such RU. The applicable ARC rates are identified in Table C.1.1.a and C.1.2.a (Charges – US & Canada Retained) and (Charges – by Country Retained).
Additional Resource Charges has the meaning given in the CHARGES SCHEDULE (SCHEDULE C).
Additional Resource Charges means the resource charges set forth in Attachment B (Description of Services).
Additional Resource Charges or "ARC" means the resource charges specified in Schedule 17 for the use of Services above the resource baselines set forth in Schedule 17.
Additional Resource Charges or "ARCs" means charges, in addition to the Monthly Hosting Fees, for items identified in Attachment D, and purchased by CUNY through a purchase order or, as applicable, authorized pursuant to a Change Order.
Additional Resource Charges or “ARCs” shall be the fees set forth in Exhibit E to be charged per Resource Unit for Services above the resource volume baselines set forth in Exhibit E.
Additional Resource Charges or “ARCs” means the amount payable by Newco for consuming more Resource Units during a month than the applicable Resource Baselines.
