Responsible Trust Officer definition

Responsible Trust Officer when used with respect to the Trustee, means any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Responsible Trust Officer means any vice president, any assistant vice president, any trust officer or assistant trust officer, or any other officer of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture, and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of such officer’s knowledge and familiarity with the particular subject.
Responsible Trust Officer means, when used with respect to a Trustee or Paying Agent, any officer having direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of such officer’s knowledge and familiarity with the particular subject.

  • Any such appointment shall be evidenced by an instrument signed by a Responsible Trust Officer, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Company.

  • Subject to Section 7.2(i), if a Default occurs and is continuing and is actually known to a Responsible Trust Officer of a Trustee, that Trustee shall send to the other Trustee and each Holder a notice of the Default within 90 days after it occurs.
