Restated Charter Documents definition

Restated Charter Documents means the amended and restated articles of the Company and/or the Subsidiaries incorporating certain provisions of the Shareholders' Agreement in the form agreed between the Parties;
Restated Charter Documents means the amended and/or restated Articles and Memorandum that give effect to the provisions of this Agreement in the Agreed Form;
Restated Charter Documents means the restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and attached hereto as EXHIBIT A as adopted on or prior to the Closing.
