Restricted Rentals definition

Restricted Rentals means all rentals required to be paid under finance leases and charged to income, exclusive of any amounts paid under any such lease (whether or not designated therein as rental or additional rental) for maintenance or repairs, insurance, taxes, assessments, water rates or similar charges. For the purpose of this definition the term “finance lease” shall mean any lease having a rental term (including the term for which such lease may be renewed or extended at the option of the lessee) in excess of three (3) years and covering property having an initial cost in excess of $250,000 other than automobiles, trucks, trailers, tractors, other vehicles (including without limitation aircraft and ships), office, garage and warehouse space and office equipment (including without limitation computers).

Examples of Restricted Rentals in a sentence

  • Restricted Rentals in an amount not to exceed 5% of Equity during any 12 consecu- tive calendar month period; Pt. 1718, Subpt.

Related to Restricted Rentals

  • Consolidated Rentals means, with reference to any period, the Rentals of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries calculated on a consolidated basis for such period.

  • Consolidated Rental Payments means, with reference to any period, all payments under all Operating Leases (including payments for leases which have been reserved against), net of any related income from subleases, in each case calculated for the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis for such period.

  • Lease Rentals means, for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed rental or operating lease expense payable by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding Capital Lease Obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, the total rental expense for operating leases of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis for such period; provided that Consolidated Rental Expense shall not be reduced by any rental income.

  • Permitted Restricted Payments means any of the following Restricted Payments made by:

  • Capitalized Rentals of any Person shall mean as of the date of any determination thereof the amount at which the aggregate Rentals due and to become due under all Capitalized Leases under which such Person is a lessee would be reflected as a liability on a consolidated balance sheet of such Person.

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Operating Lease Obligations means all obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease, other than Capitalized Lease Obligations.

  • Consolidated Rent Expense means, for any period, the total rent expense with respect to real and personal property of the Borrower for such period, as determined on a Consolidated basis and as reported in its financial statements.

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Rentals of a Person means the aggregate fixed amounts payable by such Person under any Operating Lease.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Ground Rent means any rent, additional rent or other charge payable by the tenant under the Ground Lease.

  • Operating Lease of a Person means any lease of Property (other than a Capitalized Lease) by such Person as lessee which has an original term (including any required renewals and any renewals effective at the option of the lessor) of one year or more.

  • Residential Rental Unit means an area legally licensed or permitted for use as a living space containing a sleeping area, bathing and sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and sink, all of which are separate and distinct from other Residential Rental Units. Reg. §§ 1.103-8(a) 8(i).

  • Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.

  • Restricted Debt has the meaning set forth in Section 6.04(b).

  • Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;

  • Rent as used in this Section 21 shall be deemed to be and to mean all sums of every nature required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, whether to Landlord or to others. As used in Sections 21(c)(ii)(A) and (B), above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by allowing interest at the Default Rate. As used in Section 21(c)(ii)(C) above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of award plus 1%.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Restricted Cash means cash and cash equivalents, within the meaning of the AAS, that are not available for use other than for a purpose for which it is restricted, and includes cash to be used to fund capital works expenditure from the previous financial year

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Sixty-Six Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Dollars ($66,176,526) per annum; subject, in each case, to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Rental housing means development of a building or structure with four or more dwelling units all of which are intended for use as rented residential premises.

  • Restricted Debt Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.04(b).
