Restructure Plan definition

Restructure Plan means the restructuring of the Bokoni Mine operations which was completed on June 30, 2016 and as further described in the MD&A - Section 2Significant Events, a copy of which can be found on SEDAR at www.sedar.com;

Restructure Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in the Series C Preferred Share Purchase Agreement.
