Retail Notes definition

Retail Notes means, as the context may require, either (a) all assets of the types classified under the heading "Retail notes and lease financing" in the statement of consolidated financial condition of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of October 31, 1999 and the related statements of consolidated income and retained earnings and consolidated cash flow for the fiscal year then ended, together with the notes thereto, included in the 1999 Annual Report and reported on by Deloitte & Touche or (b) the aggregate Unpaid Balances thereof or (c) equipment on operating leases.
Retail Notes means the Issuer’s £155.0 million 7% Extendable PIK Toggle Notes due April 15, 2022 constituted by a trust deed dated January 24, 2013, as amended, restated or otherwise modified or varied from time to time.
Retail Notes means the unsecured notes of the Trust sold from time to time at varying interest rates with maturities of one to ten years.
