Retail Portion definition

Retail Portion means the portion of the Offer being not less than 35% of the Offer, which shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Investors, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price, which shall not be less than the minimum Bid Lot subject to availability in the Retail Portion.
Retail Portion means the portion of the Offer, being not less than 35% of the Net Offer, available for allocation to Retail Individual Investors as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price, which shall not be less than the minimum Bid Lot subject to availability in the Retail Portion;
