Retail Portion definition

Retail Portion means the portion of the Net Offer being not less than 35% of the Net Offer which shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Bidders in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations, which shall not be less than the minimum Bid Lot, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price.
