Retail Portion definition

Retail Portion means portion of the Offer being not at least 35% of the Offer, which shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Bidders in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations

  • Bids by Eligible Employees Bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion and also Bidding in the Retail Portion or the Non-Institutional Portion shall not be treated as multiple Bids.

More Definitions of Retail Portion

Retail Portion means the portion of the Offer being not less than 35% of the Offer, available for allocation to RIIs as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price.
