Retail Individual Investors or “Retail Individual Bidders” or “RIIs” shall mean Individual Bidders who have Bid for the Equity Shares for an amount not more than ₹200,000 in any of the bidding options in the Offer (including HUFs applying through their Karta and Eligible NRIs).
Retail Individual Investors or “RII(s)” shall mean individual Bidders, who have Bid for the Equity Shares for an amount which is not more than ₹ 0.20 million in any of the bidding options in the Offer (including HUFs applying through their Karta and Eligible NRI Bidders) and does not include NRIs (other than Eligible NRIs).
