Retail Individual Investors definition

Retail Individual Investors or “Retail Individual Bidders” or “RIIs” shall mean Individual Bidders, who have Bid for the Equity Shares for an amount not more than ₹ 0.20 million in any of the bidding options in the Issue (including HUFs applying through their Karta and Eligible NRIs and does not include NRIs other than Eligible NRIs);
Retail Individual Investors or “RIIs” means the Bidders (including HUFs and Eligible NRIs) other than Eligible Employees Bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion, whose Bid Amount for Equity Shares in the Offer is not more than ₹ 200,000 in any of the Bidding options in the Offer (including HUFs applying through their karta and Eligible NRIs and does not include NRIs other than Eligible NRIs);
Retail Individual Investors means the individual Bidders, whose Bid Amount for the Equity Shares is not more than ₹200,000 in any of the bidding options in the Offer (including HUFs applying through their karta) and Eligible NRIs.

Retail Individual Investors means an investor who subscribes for a maximum of 8,300 Shares or a value of not more than Sri Lankan Rupees Hundred Thousand (LKR 100,000/-). Based on the number of Shares applied for, the Company will identify Retail Individual Investors.
