Retained Interest Percentage definition

Retained Interest Percentage means, on any date of determination, when used with respect to Group III Collections that are Principal Collections, Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) minus the sum of (i) the invested percentages for all outstanding Group III Series of Notes and (ii) the available subordinated amount percentages for all Group III Series of Notes that provide for credit enhancement in the form of overcollateralization, including all classes of such Group III Series of Notes, in each case as such percentages are calculated on such date with respect to Group III Collections that are Principal Collections, Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, as applicable.
Retained Interest Percentage means, on any date of determination, when used with respect to Principal Collections, Vehicle Disposition Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Vehicle Disposition Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, an amount equal to 100% minus the sum of the Invested Percentages for all outstanding Group VIII Series of Notes, in each case as such Invested Percentages are calculated on such date with respect to Principal Collections, Vehicle Disposition Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Vehicle Disposition Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, as applicable.
Retained Interest Percentage means the Number of Shares Issuable with Respect to Cendant Group's Retained Interest in Move.com Group divided by the Total Number of Notional Move.com Shares Deemed Outstanding.

Retained Interest Percentage means (i) with respect to Comdisco Group, at any time of determination, one (1) and (ii) with respect to any Group that is not Comdisco Group, at any time of determination, a fraction the numerator of which shall be the Number of Shares Issuable with Respect to Comdisco Group's Retained Interest in such Group and the denominator of which shall be the sum of the number of shares of the series of common stock applicable to such Group outstanding on such date and the Number of Shares Issuable with Respect to Comdisco Group's Retained Interest in such Group.
