Retained Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital I of this Agreement;
Retained Land the adjoining land of the Landlord described in Part 2 Schedule 1;]7 "Secretary of State" the Secretary of State for Education or such other Minister of the Crown who is a successor to such person and who is party to the Funding Agreement with the Academy at the relevant time;

Retained Land means relevant land that is—
Retained Land the land registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number [ ], excluding the Property;
