Retained Permits definition

Retained Permits means all Permits owned or licensed by Parent or any other member of the Parent Group primarily used or primarily held for use in the Retained Business.
Retained Permits means those Permits listed in Schedule 17 (Retained Permits);
Retained Permits means the Explosives Permit, the Radio Permit and the Radioactive Permits.

  • The Reorganized Debtors may submit applications for revisions, modifications or amendments to the Retained Permits as the Reorganized Debtors may determine to be desirable or necessary to amend the terms and conditions of any Retained Permit or to facilitate bond reduction, bond release and/or efficient and cost effective completion of reclamation.

  • Seller shall reasonably cooperate with Buyer to facilitate Buyer's obtainment of the Retained Permits.


More Definitions of Retained Permits

Retained Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.
Retained Permits means all Permits held by Seller that are required or necessary for the lawful ownership or operation of the Business or the Purchased Assets, but are also required or necessary for the lawful ownership or operation of Seller’s business post-Closing, as set forth on Schedule A-1.

  • Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • FCC Licenses means a License issued or granted by the FCC.

  • Environmental Approvals means any present or future permit, licence, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorisation required under the applicable Environmental Laws.
