Retention Bonus Payments definition

Retention Bonus Payments means the payments to be made by the Company at Closing and approximately three months following the closing pursuant to the Retention Bonus Plan to certain employees of the Company in up to the amounts set forth in item 10 of Schedule 4.13(h) (as amended by EXHIBIT B).
Retention Bonus Payments means the aggregate amount of retention bonuses actually paid by the Company pursuant to the Retention Bonus Agreements which have been entered into and which are in full force and effect at the time of such payment.

  • The Company shall determine the After-Tax Value of the Retention Bonus Payment(s), which determination shall be conclusive and binding.

Retention Bonus Payments means both the First Retention Bonus and the Second Retention Bonus, as such terms are defined in Subsections 1(a) and (b), respectively.
