Retention Bonus Payments definition

Retention Bonus Payments means the payments to be made by the Company at Closing and approximately three months following the closing pursuant to the Retention Bonus Plan to certain employees of the Company in up to the amounts set forth in item 10 of Schedule 4.13(h) (as amended by EXHIBIT B).

More Definitions of Retention Bonus Payments

Retention Bonus Payments means the aggregate amount of retention bonuses actually paid by the Company pursuant to the Retention Bonus Agreements which have been entered into and which are in full force and effect at the time of such payment.
