Retention Report definition

Retention Report means a report prepared by an independent third party acceptable to Parent and Collateral Agent that analyzes the retention rate of Borrower’s customers, which report is delivered to Collateral Agent not more than fifteen (15) days prior to Borrower’s delivery of its Notice of Borrowing for the Credit Extension to be provided pursuant to the second sentence of Section 1.2(a).
Retention Report means a second Nominal Roll count of eligible students living on-reserve and attending elementary/secondary school taken after September 30th, but before February 15th.

Examples of Retention Report in a sentence

  • The candidate for retention will prepare a three-part Retention Report consisting of no more than seven single-spaced pages (or 4,000 words) that includes the Report on Teaching Effectiveness (3 pages or 1,500 words), the Report on Scholarship (2 pages or 1,000 words), and the Report on Professional and Public Service (2 pages or 1,000 words).

Related to Retention Report

  • Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Program Vehicle, signed and dated by the Servicer and a Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Manufacturer Program.

  • Exception Report The report of the Trustee referred to in Section 2.02.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 1 of Reg 200/21 under Connecting Care Act, 2019.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Attestation Report As defined in Section 3.17.

  • Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Report means reports prepared by the Administrative Agent or another Person showing the results of appraisals, field examinations or audits pertaining to the assets of the Loan Parties from information furnished by or on behalf of the Borrowers, after the Administrative Agent has exercised its rights of inspection pursuant to this Agreement, which Reports may be distributed to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.
