Retirement Plan Committee definition

Retirement Plan Committee means the persons charged by the Employer with the interpretation and administration of the Plan, as provided in Section 14.06 hereof.
Retirement Plan Committee means the Retirement Plan Committee appointed by the Board of Directors.
Retirement Plan Committee means the committee appointed from time to time by the Board to supervise the administration of the Plan and to perform the duties described in Section 8.2, and any other duties prescribed by the Board.
