Retrofit Work definition

Retrofit Work means the Retrofit measures to be performed by the Participant on the Building as outlined in the Deep Retrofit Design. "Statutory Declaration of Substantial Completion" is referred to in Schedule A (Reporting Requirements and Schedule) and the template attached as Form 2 in 0. "Substantial Completion Date" means the date, as indicated on the submitted and signed Form 2: Statutory Declaration of Substantial Completion by the Participant from Schedule K (Forms) to the City, in which the Retrofit Work as outline under the Deep Retrofit Design Report has been Substantially Completed.
Retrofit Work means the Retrofit measures to be performed by the Participant on the Building as outlined in the Deep Retrofit Design.
Retrofit Work or “Retrofit Project”) on a residence owned by the Applicant(s). BANK will accept Credit Applications (“Credit App(s)”) under the Program until Program funds are fully committed as specified in the Program Term Sheet.

Examples of Retrofit Work in a sentence

  • The Participant agrees that it has no rights to any Credits or the proceeds thereof as a result of the Retrofit Work under the Deep Retrofit Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Any funds held in escrow not disbursed to Buyer shall be returned to Seller following completion of the Retrofit Work.

  • In the event the Participant fails to commence the Retrofit Work as per the timeline outlined above, and without Written Notice requesting an extension and demonstrating a new timeline for the commencement of the Retrofit Work acceptable to the City, the City may terminate this Agreement immediately pursuant to Section 33 (Event of Default).

  • The price of the Retrofit Work shall be the price stated in the quotation together with all extras selected by the Customer and subject to variation in accordance with clause 3.

  • Eligible Costs for the Retrofit Incentive include costs associated with the Retrofit Work to be completed on the Building as outlined in the Deep Retrofit Design Report during the applicable Claim Period under Schedule E (Claims and Incentives).

  • Seller shall have no liability for any Retrofit Work at any store for which Seller has made the aforementioned escrow deposit; it being agreed that Seller’s liability for the Retrofit Work is limited to the escrowed amount.

  • To the extent Seller is unable to complete the Retrofit Work by the Closing Date, Buyer expressly agrees that Seller, through its officers, employees, consultants or other representatives, shall have access to the EPA Properties for up to two (2) days following the applicable anticipated Closing Date solely to continue the Retrofit Work.

  • The City will pay the Participant a maximum of ten percent (10%) of the Incentive Limit, with the final percentage amount of the Incentive being dependent on the final measured emission reduction resulting from the Retrofit Work, during the Claim Period of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 to cover Eligible Costs associated with the Retrofit Work outlined under the Deep Retrofit Design Report (the "Performance Incentive").

  • If an version of this Agreement is requested, the Union and the Association will share all costs associatedwith the translation of this Agreement.

Related to Retrofit Work

  • Hot Work means work involving electric or gas welding, cutting, brazing, or similar flame or spark-producing operations.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
