Retry Fee definition

Retry Fee means the second and any subsequent NSF of OD Fees charged by Defendant on a single ACH or check. (Agreement § 1(e).) “Retry Fee Class Member” shall mean any member of Defendant who had a checking account with Defendant and was assessed a Retry Fee during the Class Period. (Id. § 1(i).)
Retry Fee means a non-sufficient funds fee and/or an overdraft fee in connection with an ACH entry on an Account that (a) was resubmitted by the merchant or its bank with a “RETRY PYMT” indicator after the initial request for payment was declined or (b) was preceded by another returned ACH entry submitted by the same merchant in the same amount within the last ten days, so long as the merchant had not used the “RETRY PYMT” indicator on a resubmitted transaction.
Retry Fee means any fee or fees assessed to a holder of an Account for a second or third time a merchant attempted to be paid with the same check or performed a “Retry Payment” ACH transaction.

More Definitions of Retry Fee

Retry Fee means an NSF Fee that was assessed (and not refunded or credited) for an ACH or check transaction that was re-submitted by a merchant after being returned by Defendant.
Retry Fee means an overdraft or NSF fee charged on an ITEM when that ITEM had already resulted in at least one overdraft or NSF fee.
Retry Fee means a non-sufficient fund or returned item fee that was assessed and paid during the Class Period for an ACH or check transaction that was re-submitted after being declined and was not refunded by Defendant.
Retry Fee or “Retry Fees” means insufficient funds fees that Defendant charged and did not refund on an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or check transaction that was (1) submitted by a merchant, (2) returned unpaid by Defendant due to insufficient funds, and (3) re-submitted by a merchant and returned unpaid. A Retry Fee or Retry Fees shall be limited to any fees charged for any transaction that was returned unpaid after it was re-submitted by a merchant.
Retry Fee means an Overdraft Fee or NSF Fee on a debit transaction that was returned unpaid by Defendant due to insufficient funds and subsequently re-submitted by a merchant or other third party for payment and returned unpaid or paid into overdraft.

Related to Retry Fee

  • Entry Fee means any fee paid to or received from an owner
