Return Rights. See Article XVI, Section 1, Subd. 3 and 4. Subd. 3. A teacher on this leave shall have: A. Seniority accrue. B. Sick leave will continue to be accrued and will be reimbursed by AHEM at the daily rate of pay of AHEM President. C. Continuance of payroll retirement, and health and hospitalization, dental, life, and long term disability benefits. AHEM is to reimburse these costs.
Return Rights. For certificated staff, this position will be a one-year commitment with return rights to the surplus list for the 2023-24 school year.
Return Rights. For certificated staff, this position will be a one-year commitment with rights to the surplus list for the 2024-25 school year. For the Blended Learning TOSA position, this is a one-year position (2023-24 school years) with rights to the surplus list for the 2024-25 school year.

  • Financial Transmission Right or “FTR” shall mean a right to receive Transmission Congestion Credits as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 5.2.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 5.2.2.

  • Transmission Injection Rights means Capacity Transmission Injection Rights and Energy Transmission Injection Rights.

  • Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.

  • Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.

  • Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.

  • Zoning By-law means the Zoning By-Law of the Municipality or any successor thereof passed pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, S.O. 1998.

  • Notice of Redemption means the Notice of Redemption substantially in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • public telecommunications service means the transmission by electromagnetic or other means, other than by a telephone company as defined in section 4927.01 of the Revised Code, of signs, signals, writings, images, sounds, messages, or data originating in this state regardless of actual call routing. "Public telecommunications service" excludes a system, including its construction, maintenance, or operation, for the provision of telecommunications service, or any portion of such service, by any entity for the sole and exclusive use of that entity, its parent, a subsidiary, or an affiliated entity, and not for resale, directly or indirectly; the provision of terminal equipment used to originate telecommunications service; broadcast transmission by radio, television, or satellite broadcast stations regulated by the federal government; or cable television service.

  • Telecommunications Service is as defined in the Act.

  • Proof of address/business address means a document less than 3 months old containing residential address that is a utility bill, bank statement, rates account or tax invoice.

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Tax return preparer means any individual described in Section 7701(a)(36) of the Internal Revenue Code and 26 C.F.R. 301.7701-15 .

  • Internet Assets means any Internet domain names and other computer user identifiers and any rights in and to sites on the worldwide web, including rights in and to any text, graphics, audio and video files and html or other code incorporated in such sites.

  • Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.

  • Notice Address means with respect to the following entities:

  • Addressee means a person who is intended by the originator to receive the electronic record but does not include any intermediary;

  • Website for Notices means the Website(s) for Notices as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:
