Return rights definition

Return rights. See Article XVI, Section 1, Subd. 3 and 4. Subd. 3. A teacher on this leave shall have:
Return rights. For certificated staff, this position will be a one-year commitment with return rights to the surplus list for the 2023-24 school year.
Return rights. For certificated staff, this position will be a one-year commitment with rights to the surplus list for the 2024-25 school year. For the Blended Learning TOSA position, this is a one-year position (2023-24 school years) with rights to the surplus list for the 2024-25 school year.

Examples of Return rights in a sentence

  • Return rights shall be governed by the transfer provisions delineating post and bid and excess rights provided in Article 12 of this Agreement.

  • Employees will be required to update their details on a regular basis and when things change.

  • Return rights from temporary promotion or detail: (1) At the end of a temporary promotion or detail, the employee is either returned to his or her original position or to a position anywhere else in the bureau with the same geographic location (as possible) and of a grade and pay rate equivalent to that from which originally selected and for which the employee is qualified.

  • Return rights will be the same as those in section A-7 of this Article.

  • Return rights will be the same as those in section seven (7.A) of this Article.

  • Return rights are terminated earlier for any of the following reasons:a.

  • Return rights after paid leave is exhausted, if the absence is more than 26 weeks (12 weeks of leave under Paragraph 1.a. and the first 14 weeks of leave under Paragraph 1.c.) are in accordance with Subparagraph b.

  • Return rights will be the same as those in section A- 7 of this Article.

  • Return rights under this Section shall supersede employee’s rights to utilize super-seniority.

  • City agencies using internal fund transfers are permitted to pay plan review and permit fees together at permit issuance.(2) Projects building income restricted units on-site per D.R.M.C. Chapter 27 Article X Mandatory Affordable Housing are entitled to a residential or commercial construction permit fee reduction of up to $6,500 per income restricted unit in a typical market area and up to $10,000 per income restricted unit in a high market area.

  • Return Date means the date on which the Insured is scheduled to return to the point where the Trip started or to a different specified Return Destination. This date is specified in the travel documents.

  • Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.

  • Zoning By-law means the Zoning By-Law of the Municipality or any successor thereof passed pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, S.O. 1998.

  • public telecommunications service means any telecommunications service that is offered to the public generally;

  • Telecommunications Service is as defined in the Act.

  • Website for Notices means the Website(s) for Notices as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.
