Reuters Monitor Screen definition

Reuters Monitor Screen means the display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor system or such other page as may replace page "LIBO" on that system for the purpose of displaying offered rates for US Dollar deposits; or

Reuters Monitor Screen means the display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor system or such other page as may replace page "LIBO" on that system for the purpose of displaying offered rates for Dollar deposits. If, due to either (i) the introduction of or any change in or in the interpretation of any law or regulation or (ii) the compliance with any guideline or request from any central bank or other governmental authority (whether or not having the force of law) in either case made subsequent to the date hereof, there shall be any increase in the cost to any Lender of agreeing to make or of making, funding or maintaining LIBOR based advances, then the Borrower shall from time to time, upon demand by any Lender (with a copy of such demand to Dresdner), pay to such Lender additional amounts sufficient to compensate such lender for such increased cost. A certificate as to the amount of such increased cost and calculating such amount in reasonable detail, submitted to the Borrower by such Lender, shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error. If any Lender determined that compliance with any law or regulation or any guideline or request from any central bank or other governmental authority (whether or not having the force of law) made subsequent to the date hereof affects or would affect the amount of capital required or expected to be Notwithstanding any other provision of the Credit Facility Agreement, if the introduction of or any change in or in the interpretation of any law or regulation shall make it unlawful, or any central bank or other governmental authority shall assert that it is unlawful, for any Lender to perform its obligations hereunder to make LIBOR based advances or to continue to fund or maintain LIBOR advances hereunder, then, on notice thereof, and demand therefor by such Lender to the Borrower, (i) each LIBOR based advance will automatically, upon such demand by the Lender, convert into an advance based on the Prime Rate such advance would have been charged under had it been a Prime Rate advance originally, and (ii) the obligation of the Lenders to make additional LIBOR based advances shall be suspended until the Lenders notify the Borrower that they have determined that the circumstances causing such suspension no longer exist.

Examples of Reuters Monitor Screen in a sentence

  • If for any reason the Reuters Monitor Screen rates are unavailable, the Canadian CDOR Rate, in respect of any Interest Period applicable to a LIBOR Loan, shall be determined from such financial reporting service as the Agent shall reasonably determine as of 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Canada time) on the first day of such Interest Period (or, if such first day is not a Business Day, then at 10:00 a.m. Toronto, Canada time on the immediately preceding Business Day) and reported to the Borrower from time to time.

  • Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters Page USDSOFR= means the Reuters page designated “USDSOFR=” or any successor page or service;

  • BBA LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate.”

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display page currently so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or LIBOR02 page, as specified in applicable pricing supplement, on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service (or any successor service) (or any replacement page or pages on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor service on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed).

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Screen Page means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters LIBOR01 Page means the display designated as page LIBOR01 on the Reuters 3000 Xtra (or such other page as may replace the Reuters LIBOR01 Page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the London Interbank Offered Rate for U.S. dollar deposits).

  • Reuters Screen CDOR Page means the display designated as page CDOR on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or other page as may, from time to time, replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying bid quotations for bankers’ acceptances accepted by leading Canadian banks.

  • Telerate British Bankers Assoc. Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

  • Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • Screen means microscopic phosphor crystals on a plastic support used in conjunction with either single or double emulsion film; the screen emits visible light when exposed to X-radiation, creating a latent image on X-ray film.
