Room Fees definition

Room Fees means the Application Fee, the Advance Payment on Acceptance of Offer and the Accommodation Fee as set out in Annexure B Accommodation Fee Schedule.

  • Tenant shall keep at the demised premises or at Tenant’s executive offices within the New York metropolitan area a full and accurate set of books and records adequately showing the amount of Meet-Me Room Fees, consisting at least of such records as would normally be examined by an independent accountant pursuant to accepted auditing standards in performing an audit of Tenant’s receipts.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Tenant disagrees with the determination of Landlord or its auditor as to the amount of Meet-Me Room Fees or Expenses, Tenant shall have the right to challenge such finding by a notice given to Landlord within thirty (30) days after the date on which Landlord notifies Tenant of Landlord’s or its auditor’s determination, which notice must be accompanied by a letter from an independent certified public accountant retained by Tenant supporting Tenant’s calculations.

Related to Room Fees

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.
