Routine Governmental Approvals definition

Routine Governmental Approvals means Governmental Authorizations required to be obtained from any Governmental Entity that are customarily obtained after consummation of a transaction.
Routine Governmental Approvals shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.1(c).
Routine Governmental Approvals means the right of any governmental entity to consent to or approve the transfer of any interest in a specific BOG Property.
