R&R Fund definition

R&R Fund means the repair and replacement fund established pursuant to Section 6.6.5. funded by Operator from Sports Center Gross Revenues into which Operator will deposit and maintain funds in accordance with Section 6.6.5. for the performance of Asset Management Services.
R&R Fund means the funds to be included by the Village in its annual fiscal year budget sufficient to cover the Renewal and Replacement costs identified in the Renewal and Replacement Schedule set forth in Appendix 11 to this Agreement, for the purpose of accruing funds for the Renewal and Replacement of major Equipment and components of the Wastewater Facilities in accordance with Section 7.7.1. The Renewal and Replacement Fund shall be maintained by the Village in a separate or segregated account to be managed by the Village for the purpose of funding Renewal and Replacement of the Wastewater Facilities.
R&R Fund means the Annual Renewal and Replacement Fund.
