RRD Services definition

RRD Services means those transitional services, including any Additional Services, to be provided by RRD to Donnelley Financial set forth on the RRD Service Schedules hereto to assist Donnelley Financial in operating Donnelley Financial’s business following the Donnelley Financial Distribution.

  • The allocations of responsibility described in this Article 2 shall remain subject to further modification in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the RRD Services Agreement.
