Rural residential area definition

Rural residential area means that area east of Elk Grove-Florin Road that is designated rural residential on the City’s General Plan land use map, adopted on November 19, 2003.
Rural residential area means an area identified in the General Plan as a Rural Residential Area. (§ 1, Ord. 87-662, eff. June 4, 1987)
Rural residential area means the approximately 150 acres within the SE Rural Parcel authorized for up to 40 units as provided in the Joint Agreement.
