S Class definition

S Class. (subject to a distribution charge pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act, as stipulated in the Fund's S Class Prospectus);
S Class. A" and Class "B" Stock Purchase Warrants previously outstanding expired on December 23, 1995. Shares of IGRI common stock to be issued pursuant to this Agreement, when so issued, will be duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable.
S Class. B Note with respect to Assignee's Share as will result in Assignee having from and after the Effective Date the Percentage ("Assignee's Percentage") specified in Annex I.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • New Class Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.
