S ection 6. The Committee will reimburse individuals covered by this Agreement for any loss or damage to eyeglasses or hearing aids or mobile phones caused by an assault on the individual or an accident during the workday.

S ection 6. Commensurate with the provisions of the Agreement, recognized Union representatives shall be free to exercise their right to advance the best interest of the employees covered by this Agreement. No representative shall be restrained, coerced, intimidated or discriminated against because of authorized activities on behalf of the Union. It is further agreed that no Union representative shall be denied any right or privilege to which otherwise entitled, because of his/her serving as a Union representative.
