S ection 6. When a continuous second or third shift is instituted, it is agreed that the normal second or third shift tour for the Unit shall be four (4) weeks. However, there may be times when BUEs may be asked/assigned to a shift for lesser/greater periods of time to meet workload schedules or requirements. S ection 6. Commensurate with the provisions of the Agreement, recognized Union representatives shall be free to exercise their right to advance the best interest of the employees covered by this Agreement. No representative shall be restrained, coerced, intimidated or discriminated against because of authorized activities on behalf of the Union.
