Safeworking Rules definition

Safeworking Rules means all policies and notices issued by ARTC for the purpose of ensuring the safe use of the Network;
Safeworking Rules means all policies and notices made available by TfNSW in accordance with clause 12.3 for the purpose of ensuring the safe use of the Network, otherwise known as the Network Rules and Procedures;
Safeworking Rules means all policies and notices issued to an Operator under the Operator Sub-Agreement or otherwise issued for the purpose of ensuring the safe use of the Network provided that where such policies and notices are issued by ARTC, they must be reasonable;
