Sale Commission definition

Sale Commission means an amount of money that the seller pays his/her representative agent for selling exported goods to the buyer.

More Definitions of Sale Commission

Sale Commission means the amount that GKIC has agreed to pay to each Affiliate for each Visitor referred to a GKIC web site that results in an authorized, legitimate sale by GKIC of one of its products or services. Sales Commissions will be based on net sales minus any refunds.
Sale Commission means the Payout You agrees to pay for Visitors referred to Your Web site that results in a sale of a product or service. The sale could occur at the time of the visit or at a later time not to exceed 30 days. If a sale occurs after 30 days and the Visitor has not returned through an authorized Affiliate's site, then no Payout shall occur.
Sale Commission means the Payout Showcase IDX sets and agrees to pay for Visitors referred to the Showcase IDX's Web site that results in a sale of a product or service. The sale could occur at the time of the visit or at a later time not to exceed 60 days. If a sale occurs after 60 days and the Visitor has not returned through an authorized Affiliate's site, then no Payout shall occur.
Sale Commission means a commission, fee or other amount (other than incidental expenses) for the sale or negotiation of the sale of a home.
Sale Commission means the Payout that MangoSpring sets and agrees to pay for Visitors referred to the MangoSpring Web site that result in a sale of the MangoSpring service. The sale could occur at the time of the visit or at a later time.
Sale Commission means, for any sale of Shares pursuant to Sections 2.3(c), 3.3 or 3.4 of this Agreement, 2% multiplied by the applicable Sale Amount.
