Sales Order(s) definition

Sales Order(s) means an order for Maintenance Services issued by PARTNER to SAP for the benefit of a specific End User.
Sales Order(s) means all sales orders, contracts or other commitments to purchasers of goods and services of the Business;
Sales Order(s) means the document(s) between the parties that lists the specific Services purchased by Client Group from ADP.

  • Contractor’s terms and conditions on its Sales Orders, Invoices, website, etc., will not apply to this Contract.

  • Sales Orders are not subject to cancellation after execution, notwithstanding the foregoing, Wazuh may cancel any Sales Order at its sole discretion.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until no Sales Orders remain in effect hereunder unless otherwise terminated as stated below.

More Definitions of Sales Order(s)

Sales Order(s) means the ordering documents authorized by Wazuh for purchases of Services hereunder, including Renewal Order (s) and addenda thereto, that are entered into between Customer and Wazuh from time to time.
Sales Order(s) means all sales orders and other similar Contracts entered into by any Seller with purchasers of goods or services.
Sales Order(s) means all the Company's sales orders, contracts or other commitments to purchasers of goods and services of its businesses;

Sales Order(s) means those purchase orders of each Seller's customers (including distributors) and other contracts for the sale of each Seller's products and services received or entered into by each Seller from or with its customers in the ordinary course of business; and the term "Purchase Orders" shall mean those purchase orders of each Seller and other contracts and commitments issued or entered into by such Seller to or with its suppliers and vendors for the purchase of goods, products and supplies in the ordinary course of business.
Sales Order(s). All written sales orders executed by Customer and Equinix that provide that such sales orders are governed by, and incorporated by reference into, this Agreement (as well as any amendment to such Order reflected in a change order agreed to by the parties in accordance with the terms of the applicable change order, the Order and this Agreement).
Sales Order(s) means Seller's open sales orders to supply Products listed on Exhibit 6, annexed hereto and made a part hereof, copies of which have been delivered to the Purchaser.
