Sales Program definition

Sales Program means any plan, as established by the Supplier, existing now or in the future, to promote the sale of the Supplier’s Products;
Sales Program means the program of Promoting (including Detailing) the Product, including all supervision, management and training with respect thereto, conducted by the Parties under Section 3.
Sales Program means the IMPORTER’s program of sale, delivery and registration of CONTRACT AUTOMOBILES to end users resident in the TERRITORY, to be set forth in accordance with sub—clause 4.2 hereof.

Examples of Sales Program in a sentence

  • Upon the earlier to occur of (i) the termination of United’s Inflight Product Sales Program, (ii) the termination of this Agreement, or (iii) the cessation of the use of the HHD units by Contractor, as determined by United in its sole discretion, Contractor shall cooperate with United or its designated vendor for the collection and return of all HHD units to United at the address designated by United, at United’s cost.

  • United may, at any time during normal operating hours inspect, monitor, or audit Contractor’s administration of the Inflight Product Sales Program described in this Appendix or in other policies and procedures, in order to verify that Contractor is in compliance, in all material respects, with United’s requirements for the Inflight Product Sales Program.

  • United reserves the right to change the product offerings, policies and procedures associated with the Inflight Product Sales Program at any time and in its sole discretion.

  • The Sales Program allows Partners to sell their Shares quarterly in conjunction with the Company’s policy of permitting trades only during specified periods occurring after the public release of quarterly earnings.

  • Upon the death or permanent disability of a Partner, such Partner’s Shares will cease to be subject to the terms of the Sales Program.

Sales Program means a particular program using any of the Quin▇▇▇ Promotions to market specific Quin▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ducts and Services under the Marketing Program.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Program sponsor means the independent contracting organization which sponsors the Program.
