Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or emails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day. If the patient calls or emails the Physician after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with Physician on the same or following normal office day.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When the Patient calls or emails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day. If the Patient calls or emails the Physician after noon on a normal business day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule the Patient’s appointment with the Physician on the following normal office day. In any event, however, Xxx Xxxxxx MD PC shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day the request is made.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When a Patient contacts the Practice prior to noon on a regular office day to request a same-day appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule the Patient for that same day; or if this is not possible, Patient shall be scheduled for the following office day (subject to the limitations of paragraph 14).

In any event, however, RediMedi Clinic & House Calls, PLLC. shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When patient contacts the office to schedule an appointment for an acute issue, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same or next business day.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. Subject to the limitations of Paragraph 15 above, Members who request it shall be scheduled for a same-day appointment when They make their request prior to noon on a regular office day (Monday through Friday), If despite reasonable efforts, a same-day appointment is not possible, the Member shall be scheduled for a visit on the next regular office day.
