Sanitary Code means the “Sanitary Code of the Cayuga County Health District” which comprises the rules, regulations, orders and directions now or hereafter formulated, promulgated and adopted by the Board of Health of the Cayuga County Health District pursuant to the Public Health Law of the State of New York.
