Saracen Members definition

Saracen Members shall have the meaning set forth in the Wellsford/Whitehall Group LLC Agreement.

  • As a condition to the transfer by a Saracen Member of any or all of such Saracen Member's Interest, the foregoing power of attorney shall be granted by the transferee of such Saracen Member's Interest.

  • However, the toxicity of solvents outdoors is not typically of as great of concern as indoors except very near sources.


More Definitions of Saracen Members

Saracen Members means the Members set forth on Schedule 1 annexed hereto, provided, however that, solely for purposes of Sections 4.2(f), 8.3, 8.10 and 12.1 hereof, Rand shall not be deemed a Saracen Member, but shall have the rights set forth in said Sections.

Related to Saracen Members

  • Class B Members means all such Persons.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.
