Scale Activities definition

Scale Activities means payment services provided by us as set out in Clause 3.1, in accordance with these Scale Terms. Settlement Data means a data file which contains all information necessary, including such type of information as we may inform you from time to time, to allow us to allocate any funds that we receive from Acquirers to your Global Account and the Global Accounts of Marketplace Users.

Examples of Scale Activities in a sentence

  • We will cease to perform Scale Activities in respect of a Marketplace User which has withdrawn your authorisation.

  • We shall not be liable to perform Scale Activities in respect of any funds that we receive that relate to a Merchant that is not a Marketplace User.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, you agree and acknowledge that we may cease to provide Scale Activities immediately if you fail to provide us with the information that we request from you under this Clause.

  • We may (insofar as is permitted by Applicable Law) cease to provide Scale Activities immediately if you fail to provide us with the information that we request from you under this Clause.

  • Performance of Scale Activities shall involve us crediting funds that we receive from Acquirers to your Wallet in the form of electronic money, in accordance with these Scale Terms and the terms we have in place with the Marketplace Provider.

  • Except as expressly stated in these Scale Terms, we will provide the Scale Activities to you on an “as is” “as available” basis without any warranties, conditions and terms, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise (including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement), which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • You agree to follow any instructions of the Platform Provider in relation to the use of any link, code or unique identifier provided to you by the Platform Provider and if you do not do so, we may not be able to perform the Scale Activities.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, you agree and acknowledge that we may cease to provide Scale Activities immediately if you fail to provide us with the information that we request from you under these Scale Terms.

  • Occasionally we may have tointerrupt your use of the Scale Activities.

Scale Activities means the services provided by us relating to the Airwallex Scale Solution as set out in Clause 3.3 of these Platform Scale Terms.

Related to Scale Activities

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Eligible activities or "eligible activity" means 1 or more of the following:

Overhead and other expenses related to “distribution activities” or “service activities,” including telephone and other communications expenses, may be included in the information regarding amounts expended for these activities.

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Funded Activities means the activities set out in the Grant Offer Letter and Annex 2 of these Conditions; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums that DWP will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with clause 4 and subject to the provisions set out at clause 22.

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.

  • Covered Activities means those land uses and conservation and other activities described in Chapter 2.3 of the HCP/NCCP to be carried out by the Conservancy or its agents that may result in Authorized Take of Covered Species during the term of the HCP/NCCP, and that are otherwise lawful.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Prohibited Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.
