Scania Group definition

Scania Group means in relation to the Company from time to time its associated companies, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertaking, holding company and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertaking of its holding company.
Scania Group means all Scania Group Companies taken as a whole.
Scania Group means all companies jointly which are part of the global corporate group of Scania CV AB, as defined according to the applicable laws of Sweden.
