Scheduled Construction Commencement Date definition

Scheduled Construction Commencement Date means the first date on which all of the Construction Commencement Date Conditions shall be satisfied or waived, as agreed to in writing by the parties pursuant to the Agreement, Construction Documents are complete, financing, permitting, and all other Work MSB determines necessary for the Notice to Proceed with construction of the Facility(ies) to be issued. The Scheduled Construction Commencement Date may differ for each Facility if more than one Facility is provided in the Project.

Scheduled Construction Commencement Date means the day [To be proposed on Proposal Form 10A] consecutive calendar days following the Contract Date, or, in the event of one or more delays caused by Uncontrollable Circumstances or City-directed Change Orders occurring during the Development Period, the date which is the next calendar day following the date calculated by adding to [the number of days stated above], the aggregate number of days of such delay. Examples of Scheduled Construction Commencement Date in a sentence

  • In the event the Company fails to obtain any Governmental Approval set forth in subsection 4.1(A)(2) and Schedule 3 other than the approval of the Facilities Plan Amendment (if items (i) - (iii) of paragraph (D) below are met) prior to the 120th day following the Scheduled Construction Commencement Date, such an occurrence shall constitute an Event of Default.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.
