Scheduled Customer Lease Term definition

Scheduled Customer Lease Term means, (i) with respect to any Lease Closing Date Customer Lease, the period beginning at the time such Lease Closing Date Customer Lease and the associated Lease Closing Date Device are contributed by an Originator to a Lessee and ending on the last day of the relevant Customer’s obligatory monthly rental payment obligations under such Lease Closing Date Customer Lease as set forth in the relevant Device Lease Schedule and (ii) with respect to any Upgraded Customer Lease, the period beginning at the time the Related Original Customer Lease and the associated Related Original Device were contributed by an Originator to a Lessee and ending on the last day of the relevant Customer’s obligatory monthly rental payment obligations under the Related Original Customer Lease (without giving effect to any waivers thereunder in connection with a Customer Upgrade) as set forth in the relevant Device Lease Schedule;
Scheduled Customer Lease Term means, with respect to any Customer Lease, the period beginning at the time such Customer Lease and the associated Device are contributed by an Originator to a Lessee and ending on the last day of the relevant Customer’s obligatory monthly rental payment obligations under such Customer Lease as set forth in the relevant Device Lease Schedule;

Related to Scheduled Customer Lease Term

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Significant Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.22(a).

  • Host Customer means the customer account directly connected to a Customer-Generator Facility or Community Energy Facility, or, for a stand-alone Community Energy Facility, the customer account as designated by the Subscribers who share the energy production of the Community Energy Facility.

  • Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.

  • household customer means a customer purchasing electricity for his own household consumption, excluding commercial or professional activities;

  • Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Major Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Informed Customer Consent means, in the case where consent is required: (1) the Customer is provided with a clear statement of the data or information to be collected and allowable uses of that data or information by the party seeking consent; (2) the frequency of data or information release and the duration of time for which the consent is valid; and (3) process by which the Customer may revoke consent. In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Retail customer means any person that purchases retail electric energy for its own consumption at

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.
