Scheduled Phase Completion Date definition

Scheduled Phase Completion Date means any of the Scheduled Phase I Completion Date, the Scheduled Phase II Completion Date, the Scheduled Phase III Completion Date, the Scheduled Phase IV Completion Date or the Scheduled Phase V Completion Date, as the context requires.
Scheduled Phase Completion Date has the meaning given such term in the Program Agreement.
Scheduled Phase Completion Date means the date for completion of Development Activities and as specified in Schedule E of this Agreement.

Examples of Scheduled Phase Completion Date in a sentence

  • The 1095th (One Thousand and Ninety Fifth) day from the Appointed Date for Phase I of Project 1shall be the scheduled date for completion of the Phase I of the Project (the "Scheduled Phase Completion Date") and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Mandatory Development Obligations for that Phase shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Phase Completion Date.

  • Unless Project Co obtains the prior written consent of Contracting Authority, in its sole discretion, Project Co shall not be entitled to a Phase Completion Certificate prior to, and no Phase Completion Date shall not be earlier than, the applicable Scheduled Phase Completion Date.

Related to Scheduled Phase Completion Date

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
