Scheduling Procedures definition

Scheduling Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(g). “Seller” has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Scheduling Procedures means the scheduling procedures for the Arena Facility attached hereto as Exhibit “F”, as the same may be amended, from time to time, by agreement among the City, the Arena Manager and the Team Owner.
Scheduling Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

Scheduling Procedures means those standards, procedures and criteria determined by NIMPA or its designated agent from time to time with respect to the operation of the Prairie State Project.

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Operation Procedures means the procedures contained in Annexure A hereto which the Contractor is obliged to follow when performing work on behalf of the company

  • Servicing Procedures means the servicing procedures of Ford Credit relating to retail installment sale contracts originated or purchased by Ford Credit as the procedures may change.

The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;
