Uniform Grant Management Standards or “UGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas
New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.
Registered apprenticeship program means an apprenticeship program which is registered with and approved by the United States Department of Labor and which provides each trainee with combined classroom and on-the-job training in an occupation recognized as an apprenticeable trade and meets the program standards of enrollment and graduation under 29 C.F.R. s.29.6.
Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;
Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
Key Executives means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, jointly and severally.
Non-Employee Directors means that term as defined in Rule 16b-3 under the 1934 Act.
System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—
Key Executive means an employee of a Textron Company who has been and continues to be designated as a Key Executive under the Plan by Textron’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.
Non-Employee Director means a Director who either (i) is not a current employee or officer of the Company or an Affiliate, does not receive compensation, either directly or indirectly, from the Company or an Affiliate for services rendered as a consultant or in any capacity other than as a Director (except for an amount as to which disclosure would not be required under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K promulgated pursuant to the Securities Act (“Regulation S-K”)), does not possess an interest in any other transaction for which disclosure would be required under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, and is not engaged in a business relationship for which disclosure would be required pursuant to Item 404(b) of Regulation S-K; or (ii) is otherwise considered a “non-employee director” for purposes of Rule 16b-3.
Uniform Guidance means the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, which supersedes requirements from OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-110, and A-122, OMB Circulars A-89, A-102, and A-133, and the guidance in Circular A-50 on Single Audit Act follow-up. The terms and conditions of the Uniform Guidance flow down to Awards to Subrecipients unless the Uniform Guidance or the terms and conditions of the Federal Award specifically indicate otherwise.
System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.
Grant program means the school-based substance abuse prevention and intervention grant program created in subsection (3) of this section.
Director Award means the grant of any Award (other than an Incentive Stock Option), whether granted singly, in combination, or in tandem, to a Participant who is a Director pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions, and limitations established by the Board.
Assistance unit means a cash assistance unit as defined in WAC 388-408-0005. An assistance unit is the group of people who live to- gether and whose income or resources the department counts to decide eligibility for benefits and the amount of benefits.
Health insurance plan means any health insurance policy or health benefit plan offered by a health insurer or a subcontractor of a health insurer, as well as Medicaid and any other public health care assistance program offered or administered by the State or by any subdivision or instrumentality of the State. The term includes vision care plans but does not include policies or plans providing coverage for a specified disease or other limited benefit coverage.
Employee Director means a member of the Board of Directors of the Company that is also an Employee of the Company.
Further Competition Award Criteria means the award criteria set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria);
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.
Authorized Employee means a municipal employee who is authorized by the Municipality to exercise a power or perform a duty in terms of this By-law or to inspect land and buildings in order to enforce compliance with this By-law, the land use scheme and Deed of Title; “consolidation”, in relation to land, means the merging of two or more adjacent land parcels into a single land parcel;
Non-Exempt Director Award means a Non-Exempt Award granted to a Participant who was a Director but not an Employee on the applicable grant date.
Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.
