School Grants Manual definition

School Grants Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient and dated August 5, 2010, which includes inter alia: (a) eligibility criteria and selection procedures for activities that may be funded by School Grants; (b) reporting requirements, financial management, disbursement and procurement guidelines and procedures for the implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the School Grants; (d) terms and conditions to be included in School Grant Agreements, as such manual amended or supplemented from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
School Grants Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended by the Recipient from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.

  • Key Executive means an employee of a Textron Company who has been and continues to be designated as a Key Executive under the Plan by Textron’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.

  • Non-Employee Director means a Director who either (i) is not a current employee or officer of the Company or an Affiliate, does not receive compensation, either directly or indirectly, from the Company or an Affiliate for services rendered as a consultant or in any capacity other than as a Director (except for an amount as to which disclosure would not be required under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K promulgated pursuant to the Securities Act (“Regulation S-K”)), does not possess an interest in any other transaction for which disclosure would be required under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, and is not engaged in a business relationship for which disclosure would be required pursuant to Item 404(b) of Regulation S-K; or (ii) is otherwise considered a “non-employee director” for purposes of Rule 16b-3.

  • Uniform Guidance means the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, which supersedes requirements from OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-110, and A-122, OMB Circulars A-89, A-102, and A-133, and the guidance in Circular A-50 on Single Audit Act follow-up. The terms and conditions of the Uniform Guidance flow down to Awards to Subrecipients unless the Uniform Guidance or the terms and conditions of the Federal Award specifically indicate otherwise.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Inside Director means a Director who is an Employee.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.

  • Grant program means the primary care and psychiatry shortage grant program under this section.

  • Director Award means the grant of any Award (other than an Incentive Stock Option), whether granted singly, in combination, or in tandem, to a Participant who is a Director pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions, and limitations established by the Board.

  • Assistance unit means a cash assistance unit as defined in WAC 388-408-0005. An assistance unit is the group of people who live to- gether and whose income or resources the department counts to decide eligibility for benefits and the amount of benefits.

  • Health insurance plan means any health insurance policy or health benefit plan offered by a health insurer or a subcontractor of a health insurer, as well as Medicaid and any other public health care assistance program offered or administered by the State or by any subdivision or instrumentality of the State. The term includes vision care plans but does not include policies or plans providing coverage for a specified disease or other limited benefit coverage.

  • Employee Director means a member of the Board of Directors of the Company that is also an Employee of the Company.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and

  • Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.
