School Student Records as defined in the Illinois School Student Records Act (“ISSRA”), 105 ILCS 10/2(d);

For the purposes of the Agreement and this Addendum, “De-identified Student Data” shall mean data generated from student usage of the Company’s products from which all personally identifiable information has been removed or obscured so that it does not identify individual students and there is no reasonable basis to believe that the information can be re-identified or otherwise used to identify individual students, and such De-identified Student Data shall not be considered School District Data. The Company may use aggregated, De-identified Student Data for core production functionality to make its products more effective and adaptive, and for research and development purposes, including analyzing the efficacy of its products.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that such protection of Confidential Information shall be subject to the special requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), the Student Online Personal Protection Act (“SOPPA”), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), and the Illinois School Student Records Act (“ISSRA”).

  • Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable state privacy protections including but not limited to the Illinois School Student Records Act (105 ILCS 10), the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act (740 ILCS 10), the Identity Protection Act (105 ILCS 85), and the Personal Information Protection Act (815 ILCS 530).

  • Contractor is and shall remain in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal, statutes, laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to this Agreement and the performance of Services in effect now or later and as amended from time to time, including but not limited to the Drug-Free Workplace Act, the Illinois School Student Records Act, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Protection of Pupil Rights Act and any others relating to non-discrimination.

  • All data sharing, use, and storage will be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g & 34 C.F.R. § 99 (“FERPA”) and the Illinois School Student Records Act (ISSRA), 105 ILCS 10/1 et seq.

  • Provider, on behalf of itself and its Therapists, further agrees to comply with all state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, the Illinois School Student Records Act, the Illinois Mental Health Act and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act, the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and all rules and regulations governing the release of student, personnel, and medical records.

  • I also understand and agree that the results of the test and any additional testing may be made available to School District staff and contractors, including but not limited to coaches, trainers, physicians, school nurses, and educational or administrative personnel, subject to the Illinois School Student Records Act.

  • In addition, the Consultant shall comply with the relevant requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. 1232g) and the Illinois School Student Records Act (ISSRA) (105 ILCS 10/1 et seq.), regarding the confidentiality of student “education records” as defined in FERPA and “school student records” as defined in ISSRA.

School Student Records under the ISSRA means any writing or other recorded information concerning a student and by which a student may be individually identified that is maintained by the District or any employee of the
School Student Records as defined in the Illinois School Student Records Act (“ISSRA”), 105 ILCS 10/2(d);  “Covered Information” as defined in the Illinois Student Online Personal Protection Act (“SOPPA”), 105 ILCS 85/5; and  All other non-public information, including student data, metadata, and user content, of the School District’s students.  For the avoidance of doubt, School District Data excludes de-identified data which is defined as: School District Data that has had any Personally Identifiable information removed to such a degree that there is no reasonable basis to believe the remaining data set can identify an individual, as well as the system performance and operational data created by Renaissance.

Related to School Student Records

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Student record means information that constitutes education rec- ords as that term is defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g(a)(4)) [see FL] and information in a record of an applicant for admission to an educa- tional institution, including a transfer applicant.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images.   • University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). General Protection of University Records

  • Education records means an education record as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations, 20 USC Section 1232g and 34 CFR Part 99, respectively.

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Personnel records means those records pertaining to any- one who is directly retained or employed by an intermediary in connection with insurance including subagents, secretaries, phone solicitors, and independent contractors.

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport. If an individual is permanently ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport, the individual is not a student-athlete for purposes of that sport.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
