Second Lien Mortgages definition

Second Lien Mortgages means a collective reference to each mortgage, deed of trust and any other document or instrument under which any Lien on real property owned or leased by any Grantor is granted to secure any Second Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Liens are governed.

More Definitions of Second Lien Mortgages

Second Lien Mortgages means the "Mortgages", as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Second Lien Mortgages means, collectively, (a) each mortgage or deed of trust, assignment of leases and rents in substantially the form of Exhibit H hereto (with appropriate modifications to such form to take into account variances in the requirements of applicable state laws or as the Second Lien Administrative Agent may reasonably request) delivered pursuant to Section 6.15 on the Real Property Assets subject to a Senior Mortgage, and (b) any mortgage or deed of trust, assignment of leases and rents, in similar form granting a security interest to the Second Lien Administrative Agent on any additional Mortgaged Property, as contemplated by Section 6.12.
