Second Option Exercise Period definition

Second Option Exercise Period means the period commencing on the date on which the Second Option Conditions have been satisfied or waived in writing by Seabridge and ending on the same expiry date as provided in the definition ofFirst Option Exercise Period”, provided that in no case shall the Second Option Exercise Period end prior to the date that is sixty (60) days after the Second Option Conditions have been satisfied or waived in writing by Seabridge;

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
