Secret Information definition

Secret Information means Nucor’s proprietary and confidential information (i) that is not generally known in the Business, which would be difficult for others to acquire or duplicate without improper means, (ii) that Nucor strives to keep secret, and (iii) from which Nucor derives substantial commercial benefit because of the fact that it is not generally known. As used in this Agreement, Secret Information includes, without limitation: (w) Nucor’s process of developing and producing raw material, and designing and manufacturing steel and iron products; (x) Nucor’s process for treating, processing or fabricating steel and iron products; (y) Nucor’s customer, supplier and vendor lists, non-public financial data, strategic business plans, competitor analysis, sales and marketing data, and proprietary margin, pricing, and cost data; and (z) any other information or data which meets the definition of Trade Secrets.
Secret Information means information relating to the Company’s methods, concepts, ideas, products, and services which is of a proprietary or confidential nature, whether communicated orally or in writing, data or sample form, including, without limitation, concepts, techniques, processes, designs, cost data, computer programs, and other know-how that is disclosed to the Director by the Company.

  • Trade Secret Information submitted on the Fuel Usage Factor Chart and Estimate of Quantities sheet will be considered “Trade Secret” in accordance with the requirements of G.S. 66-152(3) until such time as the Price Proposal is opened.

  • The completed Trade Secret Form as provided with this RFP (Confidential/Trade Secret Information, if provided must be in a separate binder).

  • Seller records disclosed pursuant to this Article shall be protected in accordance with the Confidential, Proprietary, and Trade Secret Information and Materials article of this Contract.

More Definitions of Secret Information

Secret Information means information provided by the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority and/or the Government of Botswana, which is provided or disclosed to the signatory and marked as Secret. If the information is initially disclosed orally then (1) it must be designated as Secret at the time of the initial disclosure and (2) within twenty (20) days after disclosure, the information must be reduced to writing and marked as Secret. No information will be considered Secret Information to the extent that the information:
Secret Information means any secret information or commercial secret of any type and kind of the Company or with respect to the Company or its business or concerning any of the Company's shareholders or its customers or the business of any of the Company's shareholders or that concerns future plans of the Company regarding the manner of managing its business, including an information connected to products produced by the Company or their development, their manufacture or marketing to the Company's customers, to the Company's calculations, the Company's relationship with its customers and its suppliers, to financial information and other information concerning the Company's business and the products manufactured or developed by the Company including any information concerning the intellectual property rights including patents, models, copyrights and the technology that the Company uses or develops with respect to the Company's products.
Secret Information shall have the meaning ascribed thereto at Section 4.1 hereof.
Secret Information any information that is associated with the Company and its activities that was transferred and/or shall be transferred to us whether in writing or verbally, and any material, knowledge or any other information with respect to the Company (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Information”) provided that the information reached us and/or anyone on our behalf from the Company and/or anyone on its behalf, whether verbally or in writing, all except for information that is public domain or information that has become public domain or that was known to us before it was given to us by the Company or anyone on its behalf or that reached us or that shall reach us from third parties, not while breaching our undertaking towards you according to the undertaking.
Secret Information all business information and technical-and-industrial (including commercial) experiences which are secret and, generally, all confidential technical knowledge, whether patentable or not, and know-how.
Secret Information. : means information approved as such by at least three quarters of the directors, and which meets both the following conditions, in accordance with Article 10 of LMV:
Secret Information means information which if incorrectly disclosed would cause exceptional or long term damage to the reputation of the Company (or its Affiliates and/or clients), or risk to those whose information is disclosed, or may have a serious or long term negative financial impact on the Company (or its Affiliates and/or clients), which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include Personal Data.
