Secure facility or "detention home" means a local, regional or state public or private locked
Secure Area means an area to which only authorized representatives of the entity possessing the Confidential Information have access, and access is controlled through use of a key, card key, combination lock, or comparable mechanism. Secure Areas may include buildings, rooms or locked storage containers (such as a filing cabinet or desk drawer) within a room, as long as access to the Confidential Information is not available to unauthorized personnel. In otherwise Secure Areas, such as an office with restricted access, the Data must be secured in such a way as to prevent access by non-authorized staff such as janitorial or facility security staff, when authorized Contractor staff are not present to ensure that non-authorized staff cannot access it.
Securing means the application of Government-approved telecommunications security equipment, devices, techniques, or services to contractor telecommunications systems.
Secured means, when referring to a Claim, a Claim secured by a Lien on property in which the applicable Estate has an interest, which Lien is valid, perfected, and enforceable pursuant to applicable law or by a Final Order, or that is subject to setoff pursuant to section 553 of the Bankruptcy Code, to the extent of the value of the applicable creditor’s interest in such Estate’s interest in such property or to the extent of the amount subject to setoff, as applicable, in each case, as determined pursuant to section 506(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Senior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Credit Agreement Loan Document or any other Senior Debt Document or any other assets of the Company or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Senior Collateral Document as security for any Senior Obligations.
Mortgage Collateral the “Collateral” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.
Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
UCC Collateral is defined in Section 3.03.
Subject Lien shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.2(a).
Indenture Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Granting Clause of the Indenture.
Mortgage Assets The Mortgage Loans to be included in the Trust Fund are as described in Annex A hereto.
Shared Collateral means, at any time, Collateral in which the holders of two or more Series of First-Lien Obligations hold a valid and perfected security interest at such time. If more than two Series of First-Lien Obligations are outstanding at any time and the holders of less than all Series of First-Lien Obligations hold a valid and perfected security interest in any Collateral at such time, then such Collateral shall constitute Shared Collateral for those Series of First-Lien Obligations that hold a valid security interest in such Collateral at such time and shall not constitute Shared Collateral for any Series which does not have a valid and perfected security interest in such Collateral at such time.
UCC Filing Collateral means any Collateral, including Collateral constituting investment property, for which a security interest can be perfected by filing a UCC-1 financing statement.
Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.
Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure
First Priority Collateral means all assets, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the Borrower or any other Loan Party, in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted to any First Priority Secured Party as security for any First Priority Obligation.
Borrower Collateral means all of Borrower's now owned or hereafter acquired right, title, and interest in and to each of the following:
Underlying Collateral means, with respect to a Loan Asset, any property or other assets designated and pledged or mortgaged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan Asset, as applicable, including, without limitation, mortgaged property and/or a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.
Pledge Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Pledge Agreement.
Prepetition Collateral means the collateral securing the Prepetition BP Secured Claim, including, without limitation, the Posted Collateral.
As-Extracted Collateral means “as-extracted collateral” as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the State of New York.
Secured Assets means (insert description of assets in respect of which charge/mortgage may be created) offered as security by the Client;
Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and
Other Collateral means any additional collateral that Lender customarily would require as security for loan facilities on its own account and risk where the permitted borrowing level is based principally on a borrowing base derived from a borrower’s inventory and accounts receivable, but where such additional collateral does not enter into the borrowing base calculation.
Stock Collateral means, collectively, the Collateral described in clauses (a) through (c) of Section 3 hereof and the proceeds of and to any such property and, to the extent related to any such property or such proceeds, all books, correspondence, credit files, records, invoices and other papers.
